Volunteers aged 12 and up are welcome. In case of stormy weather or heavy rain, event will be rescheduled. If rain is light or intermittent, we’ll forge ahead! Check here and/or our Facebook group for updates.

What to wear:
- long trousers with socks
- sturdy closed-toe shoes (no sandals)
- sunhat (if sunny 🙂 )
What to bring:
- hand tools (trowel, garden knife)
- gardening gloves
- sunscreen and insect repellant
- kneeling pad or knee pads (if you have/use them)
We provide:
- paper yard-waste bags
- handwashing station
- (for volunteers) light lunch (pizza), snacks, and drinks
- coaching / teaching for beginner gardeners
